Shadowrun: QoL Fixes

A set of bugfixes and QoL changes that can be played by themselves or combined with other patches by the same author, considerably improving this excellent game in sensible, interesting ways.

QoL Fixes:

* Respawn at 100% Health When you die and get picked up:

You now respawn at full physical and mental health instead of 60% and 80%.

* Wired Reflexes Melee Death Fix:

Fixes a game-breaking bug where characters with Wired Reflexes installed would be instantly killed when fighting in melee combat.

* Agira Power Focus Text Fix:

Agira Tetsumi’s Contacts entry incorrectly states he sells a level 3 Power Focus. He actually sells level 4.

* No More Tar Pits:

All Tar Pit ICE in the Matrix has been replaced with the weaker Tar Paper variant. One Tar Pit remains in Seattle General Hospital so players can still intentionally delete unwanted programs from their deck.
