Tattoo Tycoon

Tattoo Tycoon is a Business Sim game set in the once-vibrant body art community of Tattuga Bay. The player takes over the district's last open tattoo parlor to revive the local scene. Building community trust requires interacting with eccentric residents, rival artists, and a local businessman known as "the Tycoon." The ultimate objective is to restore the neighborhood's tattoo culture and qualify for the prestigious Ink-Vasion competition.

The player expands a single small workspace into a multi-parlor enterprise across different neighborhoods. Operating the business requires customizing shop interiors by placing furniture and technical equipment to attract specific demographics. The player converses with clients through dialogue menus to learn their preferences and avoid unwanted topics, enabling the selection of an appropriate design from a pool of over 100 unlockables.

Applying tattoos requires completing a tracing mini-game where the player manually follows the design lines. Precision dictates the customer's pain level, final satisfaction, and monetary tip. An automated tattooing option allows bypassing the mini-game, relying on random chance to determine customer satisfaction. Daily operations require setting opening hours while managing daily time and energy limits. The player allocates business funds toward hiring receptionists and assistant artists, launching marketing campaigns, and stocking secondary merchandise like skincare products and refreshments.
