Advance Famicom Wars

This patch is an overhaul to Famicom Wars, which includes several changes to make it similar to Advance Wars (hence the name). The changes include:

* Attacking units get first strike (see https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/9580/)

* The damage done by units is the same as Advance Wars

* The cost of units are the same as Advance Wars

* The unit movement is the same as Advance Wars

* The “Fighter B” unit has been replaced by a Battle Copter unit
