This is an officially licensed port of Space Invaders that was released by My Arcade as a dedicated handheld. The handheld is based off the architecture of Sega Genesis/Megadrive clones, and as such the game's rom file is compatible with Sega Genesis systems and emulators. The default orientation of the screen in emulators is turned 180 degrees.
