Super Ghouls 'N Ghosts: Super Arthur

This is a hack that changes various gameplay mechanics for Arthur including:

* Power decrementation on hit (return to previous armor)

* Weapon collecting and switching between them with the L/R buttons

* Shields that will not break by blocking with them

* A slightly slower timer

These changes will make the game much easier, so it is recommended to change the difficulty to the professional setting.
