The Baseball 2003 - Battle Ball Park Sengen - Perfect Play Pro Yakyuu

The Baseball 2003: Battle Ball Park Sengen - Perfect Play Pro Yakyuu is a realistic baseball simulation video game developed and published by Konami, released exclusively in Japan in 2003.

Developed by Konami Computer Entertainment Osaka (the team behind the popular Power Pro Baseball series), this title was part of Konami's early-2000s push for television-style realism before the franchise eventually evolved into the modern Professional Baseball Spirits series.
