Guardic for the ColecoVision is a highly praised, enhanced homebrew port of the classic 1986 Compile shoot 'em up originally released for the MSX home computer. It is part of the same legendary lineage that birthed Zanac and The Guardian Legend.

In Guardic, you pilot a lone starship tasked with infiltrating and destroying a massive, labyrinthine alien fortress planetoid. Unlike traditional linear space shooters of the 1980s, Guardic stands out by combining non-linear map exploration with intense, fixed-screen vertical shooting action.
