The Queen of Heart '99: Second Edition

The Queen of Heart '99: Second Edition is an enhanced expansion/update to the original The Queen of Heart '99, developed and published by Japanese dōjin (indie) developer Watanabe Seisakusho. Released on April 3, 2000 for Windows, it refined the original game's mechanics while adding new content. It was later bundled with the base game as The Queen of Heart '99 with Second Edition in 2001.

The game is a fast-paced 2D one-on-one fighter inspired by titles such as The King of Fighters and Street Fighter. Players choose from an expanded roster of anime heroines originating from Leaf visual novels like To Heart and White Album. Each character features unique normal attacks, special moves, and super attacks.
