Tetris Redux

This patch is designed to overhaul Tetris for the Sega Genesis.

Features:

* Hold System for pieces (Replaces drop button reserved usually for C)

* Piece randomization replace with 7-Bag System * Press up for fast drop

* Hi-Score SRAM (Score saves when game ends and returns to sega screen, score loads on boot, defaults when no save present.) *Better time window to drag pieces across the floor

* Faster input window (Rotate faster, rotate on ground, rotate when piece appears)
