Super Smash TV: Arcade Remix

This patch is designed to overhaul Super Smash TV for the Sega Genesis.

Features:

* Full Six Button support for both players ala Xeno Crisis (3-Button Compatibility also included)

* Infinite Credits

* Speed powerup never degrades until death

* Helper bot never degrades until death

* Hi-Score SRAM (Enter Initials to save, scores load upon boot. Scores default if save is not present)

* Reworked title screen to remove config options and 1 Player, Two controllers mode
