Overview
Released in July 2021, Ultraman: Kaiju Rumble is an officially licensed, fast-paced pinball machine sharing its physical multi-level layout with Spooky Pinball's Halloween table. The game is broken up into mini-playfields that act as individual battle arenas.
Players take on the role of Ultraman to fight off giant monster enemies, known as "Kaiju," to protect the earth. The core objective is to defeat classic monsters through distinct game modes. Clearing all nine Kaiju battles unlocks the ultimate "Ultra Brothers" boss rush wizard mode.
The game features classic monsters from the Ultra Q and Ultraman series, custom Japanese voice callouts, vibrant artwork by Matt Frank, and music by Matt "Count D" Montgomery.
Although the production run was limited to 500 units, three different editions of the table were available to purchase: Standard, Blood Sucker Edition, and Collector's Edition. The defining exclusive of the Collector's Edition is a custom, fully interactive game topper that sits on top of the backbox. Because collectors frequently prefer the maximum aesthetic value, the vast majority of the 500 Ultraman units found in the wild today are Collector's Editions.
