Elvira's House of Horrors: Blood Red Kiss Edition is a rare, collector's version of the popular pinball machine made by Stern Pinball. Released in late 2023, this special edition is limited to only 500 units worldwide and gives the game a stylized visual makeover dominated by black, white, and deep red colours.

While the core gameplay is identical to the standard version, this edition changes the appearance of the entire machine with premium cosmetic upgrades. The playfield art, backglass, and plastics feature an exclusive black, white, and vibrant red design, and players launch the silver ball using a custom handle shaped like Elvira's personal dagger.
