In an era where the world is governed by the computer network (Baldr System), a conflict arises between those who venerate the system as a kind of god—the Baldiste—and those who distrust the idea of ​​society's entire dependence on a computer—the anti-Baldiste.

What began as a dispute escalated into a long and grim war, also involving a fanatical organization known as the Baldr Friendship Brotherhood/Association.

Amidst this conflict, a young officer is assigned to SERR14, the 14th Experimental Mobility Regiment of the South American region, part of the forces tasked with monitoring the Baldr System. The story begins with his arrival.
