Deep beneath Egypt’s sands, fearless adventurer Fred dives into ancient pyramids in search of treasure. Each tomb is a twisting maze, and the deeper he goes, the tougher it gets—more monsters, faster, meaner, deadlier.

Rats dart through corridors, forcing Fred to leap at just the right moment. Acid Drops—remnants of long-dead Egyptian alchemists—drip with deadly precision. Ghosts glide through walls with eerie freedom, changing direction when disturbed. Chameleons lurk near ropes, switching sides unexpectedly. Mummies tumble through shafts and teleport when they land. Vampires swoop and speed through the maze. Skeletons chase relentlessly until they’re dealt with.

Treasures glitter throughout the maze, waiting to be snatched and added to Fred’s growing fortune. Maps reveal his position when found. Six treacherous catacombs await, each more challenging than the last. Survive them all, and Fred can loop back or redefine the maze entirely.

The game offers display options including full colour or classic Spectrum palette, optional scanlines, and a choice between fullscreen or windowed mode.
