A native PC port of Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 HD Collection (Xbox 360) built on the ReXGlue SDK. The game's original PowerPC code is statically recompiled and linked into a standalone executable with its own launcher and mod system. It is a real port, not an emulator.
