Overview
The King of Fighters '98: Combo Hack (ROM name: kof98cb) is a popular arcade ROM hack of The King of Fighters '98: Dream Match Never Ends.
Key Features
• Removed Cancel Restrictions: The hack alters the game engine to lift standard attack cancel limits, allowing players to endlessly chain special moves, normals, and desperation moves together.
• High-Hit Combos: Enables exaggerated, flashy, and continuous juggling sequences that can easily surpass 100+ hits (such as infamous 122-hit combos with characters like King).
• Faster Pace: Speeds up the flow of battle compared to the classic, balanced competitive tone of vanilla KOF '98.
