Official Xbox Magazine: Volume 59: July 2006

Official Xbox Magazine (OXM) Demo Disc #59 was released alongside Issue 59 of the magazine in June 2006 (bearing the cover date of July 2006). Serving as the mid-summer E3 showcase issue, the US/North American hybrid disc featured interactive playable original Xbox game demos across tactical sci-fi shooters, arcade racing, action platforming, and sports:

Rogue Trooper (third-person tactical sci-fi action)

FlatOut 2 (high-speed destruction derby arcade racing)

Over the Hedge (animated movie tie-in action-adventure)

OutRun 2006: Coast 2 Coast (arcade highway racing)

NCAA Football 07 (college football simulation)

In addition to interactive gameplay, the disc provided downloadable content (DLC) saves, offline backward-compatibility emulation updates for Xbox 360, and media extra features. Video highlights featured extensive high-definition 720p/1080i E3 2006 coverage and previews for upcoming Xbox 360 blockbusters, including Halo 3, Gears of War, BioShock, F.E.A.R., and Lost Planet: Extreme Condition, alongside OXM's monthly Top Plays segment.
