Official Xbox Magazine: Volume 64: December 2006

Official Xbox Magazine (OXM) Demo Disc #64 was released alongside Issue 64 of the magazine in November 2006 (bearing the cover date of December 2006). Disc #64 represents a major turning point in the magazine's history—it was the final OXM disc to contain original Xbox executable code or original Xbox playable demos. Serving as the conclusion to the hybrid era, the US/North American disc featured playable games across both generations:

Destroy All Humans! 2 (retro sci-fi open-world action – Original Xbox playable demo)

Justice League Heroes (superhero action-RPG – Original Xbox playable demo)

Need for Speed: Carbon (street racing – Xbox 360 playable demo)

Eragon (fantasy action-adventure – Xbox 360 playable demo)

In addition to interactive gameplay, the hybrid disc included offline Xbox 360 backward-compatibility updates, custom dashboard media (themes and gamerpics), and high-definition 720p/1080i video features. Previews highlighted upcoming Xbox 360 blockbusters, including Rainbow Six Vegas, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Double Agent, Forza Motorsport 2, and Crackdown, alongside OXM's monthly Top Plays segment.
