Tapper

Tapper is a fixed-screen action game in which the player controls a bartender serving a growing crowd of thirsty customers. Four horizontal bars extend across the screen, each ending at a keg. Customers enter from the opposite side and gradually approach the bartender, who must fill mugs and slide them along the correct bar before anyone reaches the serving end. Clearing every customer advances to the next screen.

Moving up or down transfers the bartender between bars, with the top and bottom positions wrapping around, while moving left or right allows him to run along the current counter. Holding the serving control fills a mug, and releasing it sends the drink sliding toward the customers. Each served drink pushes its recipient farther back, but later customers may require several before leaving. Empty mugs are thrown back along the bar and must be collected before they fall from the counter.
