Long after Alis and her friends liberated Algol from the evil Lassic, Algol prospers under the supervision of Mother Brain. Rolf, a government agent, seeks to uncover the cause of the hordes of biomonsters terrorizing Mota. He is joined by Nei, a human-biomonster hybrid, and six other kindred spirits, all with their own favored equipment and learned techniques.
