Spacehawks

Space Hawks is a 1-player arcade game for the BBC Micro.

The player controls a spaceship that moves laterally at the bottom of the screen and fires vertically. Alien vessels move as a group, firing towards the player. Enemy ships break formation and swoop towards the bottom of the screen while firing, appearing once again at the top of the screen. The goal is to destroy all vessels on the screen to proceed to the next level. The player starts with three lives, and there are seven levels of difficulty.
