Overview
This game is a remake of the original 1986 arcade release of Fantasy Zone. It has two modes, "arcade" and "original", both sporting cell-shaded 3D graphics rather than 2D sprites and four new levels. Original mode is notable for its 3D effects. After a boss is defeated, the camera pans to a third-person perspective behind Opa-Opa and a bonus mode is engaged, in which you need to avoid obstacles and collect coins as the boss slowly dies.
