Dorke & Ymp

Dorke and his Ymp are sent to a quest to destroy their path and acquire magical artifacts for their evil wizard master. You have to help them through puzzles and battles in order to become the evil wizard's apprentice.

Originally developed by an independent two man studio in Stockholm, it was announced in 1993, with a release date that would have made it the first Scandinavian platformer released on the SNES. It was announced with an interview with the developers and a first look at the game in the now defunct 90's Swedish magazine Interface.
