The original twisted-by-90-degrees Breakout concept involves controlling a bat on the left side of the screen and using it to catch and direct a ball to hit all the bricks which are arranged on the right side of the screen. Tricky, but decent Breakout clone. Similar in some ways to the C64 classic, Krakout.
