Overview
Megarok is a 1-2 player Asteroids clone for the BBC Micro. Megaroks bounce about the screen and, when the player shoots them, they break into two smaller pieces, which then break into two smaller pieces, and are ultimately destroyed. The player controls a small ship that can rotate left or right, fire straight ahead, and accelerate or apply reverse thrust. The ship is also equipped with a short-acting shield. The player starts with 100 energy, and each rock collision decreases their power, ultimately leading to game over with energy hits 0.
