Overview

Characters from both series team-up to battle the mighty Apocalypse. It is Capcom's third fighting game to feature Marvel Comics characters, following X-Men: Children of the Atom and Marvel Super Heroes, and the first installment in the Marvel vs. Capcom series. It features gameplay similar to Street Fighter, but incorporates dual-character selection and tag team-based combat. X-Men vs. Street Fighter pits Marvel's mighty mutants against Capcom's legendary fighters in a slugfest of epic proportions. Now you can perform outrageous moves and link together amazing Chain Combos. X-Men vs. Street Fighter... the collision of two explosive universes in the world's most amazing fantasy fighter!
