Overview
Nintendo held a contest for their game, Golf: Japan Course, where players were able to fax in their high score information to Nintendo at special Disk Fax devices that were found in public places across Japan. Around 80,000 contestents entered, and the 5,0000 runners up received this special version of the game. It controls just like the normal version of Golf: Japan Course, but it's harder and replaces the course with new, more challenging holes. A different game, known as Golf Tournament: Japan Course, was given to the 100 finalists.
