Keiba Saishō no Hōsoku focuses on horse racing in Japan, offering comprehensive data spanning seven volumes of the Japan Racing Association's horse racing history over the previous decade. Upon creating a profile, players can initiate new horse races or replicate notable events from various racing tracks nationwide. Before each race, players select a horse and jockey, with the outcome of the race influenced by their choices.
