Rocket Power Extreme Arcade Games

Rocket Power: Extreme Arcade Action is a product that uses the Nickelodeon Rocket Power characters, Otto and Reggie Rocket, and their friends Maurice Rodriguez and Sam Dullard, in a series of one or two player mini games. The games included are:

Hockey Shot:

In this game the player controls a character with the mouse; moving the mouse rotates the character and clicking fires the puck. The aim is to get the puck into the back of the net; however, it is not that simple. The net may be facing the player or it could be off to one side or even facing in the wrong direction. The more angles the puck is bounced around the greater the bonus if it goes into the net. Additionally there are gold coins and power-ups to collect and hazards to avoid.

Sandcastle Slam:

This is a keyboard-controlled game. The player stands in front of a sand wall behind which is a sandcastle. They fire balls at their opponents castles which are also hidden behind a sand wall. When a ball hits the opponents installation it does damage and rebounds, often back the way it came. The objective is to destroy an opponents sandcastle before they destroy yours.

Rocket Pogo:

Another keyboard-controlled game. Here the player must bounce around the arena, which resembles a factory floor, collecting robot parts, gold coins and power-ups while avoiding hazards.

Roller Rocketball:

This is a two-player, keyboard-controlled head-to-head game that is locked until the player has collected 150 gold coins in the other games. In this game, the players skate down the street collecting rocketballs and firing them into trash cans.
