Panzer Dragoon II: Zwei

Flash backwards to several years before the vicious battle against the Black Dragon in the original Panzer Dragoon. In a small village in the country of Meccania, coolias are bred for use as beasts of burden. Mutant coolias with glowing throats are killed, for they are bad omens, but one villager, Jean-Jacques Lundi, is unable to bring himself to kill his coolia Lagi - for Lagi has wings!

When an ancient ship arrives and destroys the village a year later, Lagi exhibits the ability to fire lasers from his mouth! Lundi and Lagi set out in pursuit of the ancient ship - for revenge, or perhaps for other reasons...
