Overview
Andromeda is a science fiction arcade game. The action takes place in the Year 2317 inside a space base localized in a Andromeda star system, near a star which will soon explode. Controlling the robot MSQ-2 the player must find all parts of the supercomputer. Unfortunately the defence system ceased to function properly and the player will have to avoid the hostile units and defence stations. Switching off the defense system requires finding four magnetic cards with secret codes. The game features around 150 locations divided into a few levels connected with elevator system. Some of the doors require collecting proper access cards, force fields and traps may switch off. Contact with hostile units and defence traps takes some energy. The energy level may be purchased in the computer for the money scattered around the base.
