Abscam

Abscam is an arcade maze-chase game, similar to Pac-man and the developer's previous game Piranha. It is based on a real-life sting operation conducted by the FBI against political corruption in the US.

In the game, you play as a crooked official who is running around the streets of Washington DC, and grabbing as much cash as you can. There are four FBI vans patrolling the area, who will arrest you if they can catch you. There are also four "influence" pills, which will allow you to cash in your political favours and go after the FBI for a limited time. Collecting all of the money on screen will take you to the next level, but there is only one map layout.

The game is an unlicensed modification of Pac-Man.
