Olympic Summer Games: Atlanta 1996 was an officially licensed product for the Olympic Games and marked the first true 3D multi-event sports game, featuring 15 sporting events mirroring those in the actual Atlanta '96 games. Events included the 100 meters, 400 meters, javelin, hammer throw, discus, long jump, triple jump, high jump, pole vault, fencing, rapid-fire pistol, weightlifting, archery, and skeet shooting. The game supported up to 8 players, offering both arcade-style games and Olympic-style tournaments for competitive play.
