Overview
Star Wars: TIE Fighter is a Star Wars space flight simulator and space combat video game, a sequel in the Star Wars: X-Wing series. It places the player in the role of an Imperial starfighter pilot during events that occur between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.
This compilation includes:
- Star Wars: TIE Fighter
- Star Wars: TIE Fighter: Defender of the Empire
- Star Wars: TIE Fighter: Enemies of the Empire
In addition to the new missions, there are also some technical improvements to the game:
- Improved screen resolution to SVGA (640*480)
- Added new cut scenes
- Full voice mission briefings and radio calls (the so called "Talkie" version)
- Improved the interactive mission briefing
