The Battle Frenzy chip, codenamed Bloodshot, has been implanted into your neural net transforming you into a decisive instrument of carnage!

In Citizen X the player takes the role of a secret agent recruited off the street and placed in direct confrontation with an elite terrorist organization. The player has 15 minutes to disarm a bomb and save the city. The game is mostly a side-view platformer, but there are many points where FMV will cut in that may have something to do with the area that the player is in. Players have to shoot their way through sewers infested with mutant humanoids and rats, and circus tents with insane bomb throwing clowns. Players need to break walls to find other passages.

The game made its launch at both the Classic Gaming Expo 2005 and VGXPO, Dallas events on the same day. The gameplay itself is quite simple and easy to figure out. In the single player version your goal is to catch as many flies floating about the top of the screen within the time allowed and to beat the AI's frogs score. In the 2-player version, you do the same but go head-2-head against another player which makes snagging those flies at the last minute, just before your competitor does, a real treat.
